The Saint-Véran “Champs de Perdrix” comes froma single plot, a single locality, and a name that says it all! An altitude similar to that of our beautiful Roche de Solutré means that we have to wait until the end of our harvesting period to pick this climate. The Saint-Véran “Champs de Perdrix” is a flattering wine, with notes of vine peach, tangerine and a hint of muscat.
Ageing :
Saint-Véran “Champs de Perdrix” is a wine to be drunk young, to retain the flattering, fruity aromas, but with an ageing potential of up to 5 to 7 years.
Food pairing :
Saint-Véran “Champs de Perdrix” goes very well with less complex dishes, seafood and mature cheeses.
Serve chilled, between 10 and 12°C. Don’t hesitate to decant.
