Ageing :
Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Aux Bouthières” can be drunk from the first year, but it is strongly recommended towait a few years, or even a few decades. This wine has a constitution that allows it to be a great wine for laying down, which will keep its freshness and extraordinary staying power. It’s a wine from days gone by!
Food pairing :
Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Aux Bouthières” goes very well with spicy hot dishes, foie gras, chicken in cream sauce, or simply to share with lovers of great wines.
Serve chilled, between 10 and 12°C. Don’t hesitate to decant.
