Pouilly-Fuissé “Vieilles Vignes” is a blend of around 15 parcels.
These vines are all at least 65 years old and produce a rich, concentrated wine that needs to mature for around 18 months.
A precise, powerful wine witharomas of hazelnut and almond.
Ageing :
Pouilly-Fuissé “Vieilles Vignes” can be drunk from the first year, but it is strongly recommended towait a few years.
This wine will develop quince, peach and candied fruit aromas.
A good compromise that amateurs and novices alike can enjoy!
Food pairing :
Pouilly-Fuissé “Vieilles Vignes” goes very well with starters, main courses and simple cheeses.
Serve chilled, between 10 and 12°C. Don’t hesitate to decant.
