Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Saint-Véran “Champs de Perdrix” 2025 comes from a single plot at an altitude of 300 metres near the Rock of Solutré. On 1.15 hectares of south-south-east-facing clay-silt soils, 50-year-old vines produce a bright, fruit-driven white Chardonnay. Ageing in stainless-steel tanks preserves the freshness of flowers, peach, nectarine and pear, with a crisp and persistent palate.
