Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé “Vieilles Vignes” 2024 is an emblematic cuvée drawn from a mosaic of plots in the hamlet of Pouilly. Across 7.5 hectares of shallow clay-limestone soils, vines at least 65 years old bring depth, concentration and complexity. Twelve months of ageing in large oak casks, demi-muids and stainless-steel tanks preserve an airy nose, a broad satin-textured palate, vibrant tension and a bright finish.
