Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru “Vers Cras” 2022 is born from a historic terroir in the hamlet of Pouilly. Its vines, around 80 years old, cover 1.10 hectares of south to south-east-facing clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and aged for 24 months in demi-muids, this Burgundy Chardonnay is precise and pure, with a lemon nuance on the nose, a straight attack and a long, majestic saline finish.
