Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru “Les Ménétrières” 2022 comes from a confidential terroir in the hamlet of Pouilly. On just 0.40 hectares of south-east-facing clay-marl soils, vines around 60 years old produce a rare, deep and generous Chardonnay. Twenty-four months of ageing in demi-muids support a rich expression of vanilla, peach, pear and hazelnut, carried by a powerful mineral finish.
