Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru “Aux Chailloux” 2022 expresses a historic terroir in the hamlet of Pouilly. Its vines, around 70 years old, cover 1.10 hectares of south-facing clay-marl soils. Hand-harvested and aged for 24 months in demi-muids, this Chardonnay combines breadth and roundness with butter and hazelnut notes, followed by an expressive mineral finish typical of this climat.
