Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru “Aux Bouthières” 2022 comes from a confidential terroir in the hamlet of Pouilly, Solutré-Pouilly. On 1.5 hectares of south-east-facing clay-marl soils, vines around 90 years old produce a deep, structured and subtly sun-kissed white Chardonnay. Hand-harvested and aged for 24 months in new demi-muids, this Premier Cru combines density, nobility and mineral energy.
