Domaine Pascal Renaud’s Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly 2025 is blended from plots on the heights of the hamlet of Pouilly, at the foot of the Rock of Solutré. At an altitude of 280 metres, two hectares of east-facing clay-limestone soils carry 45-year-old vines. Aged in stainless steel to preserve the brilliance of Chardonnay, this white Burgundy combines yellow fruit, crisp freshness, a charming broad palate and mineral energy.
