1. Delivery Methods

We work with rigorously selected carriers for their expertise in fine wine transport. Several options are available to you:

  • Home delivery: Directly to your door, with real-time tracking.
  • Collection point: For greater flexibility (subject to package eligibility).
  • Collection at the Estate: Free, by appointment at Solutré-Pouilly.

2. Prices & Zones

The contribution to shipping costs is calculated as fairly as possible based on the weight of your order and the delivery zone.

  • Mainland France: Rate based on the carrier's scale (6, 12 or 18 bottles) — free delivery from 24 bottles, excluding Corsica and overseas territories.
  • Europe: Pricing by country (Euro zone).
  • International: Contact us for a personalised quote.

3. Timescales & Tracking

Any order confirmed before noon is generally processed the same day. The average observed delivery time is:

  • 2 to 3 working days for France.
  • 5 to 7 working days for the rest of Europe.

A tracking link is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your packages are handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a wine does not meet your expectations, or if you have simply changed your mind:

Deadline: You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Conditions: Bottles must be returned in their original packaging, unconsumed and with intact capsules. Return costs remain your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.
